Mergence Unlisted Investment Managers (Namibia)’s inaugural investment product is the Mergence Namibia Infrastructure Fund (15/SPV/07) which aims to address and support the outcome objectives of the NDP4 and to align with Namibia’s 2030 Vision. The objective is to grow the Mergence (Namibia) investment team over time and offer additional, more traditional fund offerings in the form of equity- and multi-asset class funds.

Infrastructure investments are classified as an alternative asset class. With the Mergence Namibia Infrastructure Fund, Namibian investors are able to diversify their current investment strategy to include alternative assets.
