Mergence Unlisted Investment Managers (Namibia) was incorporated in June 2014. It is 51% Namibian-owned and is a subsidiary of specialist boutique asset manager, Mergence Investment Managers, in South Africa.

Our long-term objective and strategy is to build a truly Namibian financial services company that provides world class tailored investment and financial solutions. We further aim to be recognised and rated as a premier investment manager by our clients, prospective clients and industry participants.
